This Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices by means of Cookies, used to provide electronic services requested by the User, by Nature Fusion sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Podleśna 3, 96-100 Skierniewice.

I Definitions
  • Administrator – means Nature Fusion sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) with its registered office at ul. Podleśna 3, 96-100 Skierniewice, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001127978, NIP: 8361887247, REGON: 529684150, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.
  • Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Service’s websites.
  • First-party Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Service.
  • Third-party Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Service’s website.
  • Service – means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the online service, operating within the domain www.equibiotic.com.
  • Device – means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
  • User – means an entity for which electronic services may be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, or with which an agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
II. Types of Cookies Used
  • Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, this method does not allow viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter Users’ Devices. These files allow the software used by the User to be identified and enable the Service to be individually adjusted to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device, and an assigned value.
  • The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:
    • Session Cookies – are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the browser session ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow any personal data or confidential information to be collected from the User’s Device.
    • Persistent Cookies – are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or switching off the Device does not remove them from the User’s Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow any personal data or confidential information to be collected from the User’s Device.
  • The User may restrict or disable Cookies on their Device. If this option is used, the Service will still be available, except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.
III. Purposes for Which Cookies Are Used
  • The Administrator uses First-party Cookies for the following purposes:
    • Service configuration
      • adjusting the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Service’s websites;
      • recognizing the User’s Device and its location and displaying the website accordingly, tailored to individual needs;
      • remembering settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g. in terms of selected language or region;
      • remembering the history of visited pages in the Service for content recommendation purposes;
      • font size, website appearance, etc.
    • User authentication and maintaining the user session
      • maintaining the User’s session after logging in, thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter login and password on each subpage;
      • proper configuration of selected Service functions, in particular enabling verification of the browser session’s authenticity;
      • optimization and improvement of the performance of services provided by the Administrator.
    • Implementation of processes necessary for full website functionality
      • adjusting the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow basic parameters of the User’s Device to be recognized and the website to be displayed accordingly, tailored to individual needs;
      • proper operation of the affiliate program, in particular enabling verification of the sources of User redirects to the Service’s websites.
    • Remembering the User’s location
      • proper configuration of selected Service functions, in particular enabling information provided to the User to be adjusted taking their location into account.
    • Analytics, research, and audience auditing
      • creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Users use the Service’s websites, enabling improvement of their structure and content.
    • Providing advertising services
      • adjusting advertisements of third-party products and services presented via the Service.
    • Ensuring the security and reliability of the Service
  • The Administrator also uses Third-party Cookies for the following purposes:
    • Displaying multimedia content on the Service’s websites, downloaded from an external website:

    • Using interactive features to promote the Service via social networks:

    • Displaying reviews on the Service’s websites, downloaded from external websites:

IV. Options for Determining Cookie Storage and Access Conditions
  • The User may independently and at any time change Cookie settings, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies on the User’s Device. The User may change these settings using browser settings or service configuration options. In particular, these settings may be changed to block automatic handling of Cookies in the browser settings or to inform the User each time Cookies are placed on their Device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling Cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.
  • The User may delete Cookies at any time using the available functions of the web browser they use.
  • Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s website.
