1. Delivery area
We process orders throughout the country. Thanks to cooperation with various courier companies, we can ensure fast and secure delivery to your home, a designated address, or a parcel locker.

2. Order processing time
Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days. After dispatching your shipment, you will receive an email with a confirmation and a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your order in real time.

3. Delivery cost
The delivery cost depends on the order value and the selected delivery method. We encourage you to check the delivery cost table available on the website when placing an order. For orders over 350 PLN (up to 20kg), we offer free shipping!

4. Personal pickup
If you prefer personal pickup, you are welcome to visit our headquarters. You can select this option when placing your order. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection.

5. Delivery issues
If your shipment does not arrive within the specified time or you notice any irregularities, please contact our customer service immediately. We do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
